Use This Exercise:


  1. To transform the energy you have around activities that have an emotional charge--such as when you're having trouble with unwanted or misunderstood emotions (such as sadness, grief, anger, or emotional confusion) or energy experiences.
  2. To integrate energy experiences into your activities of daily life continuously--when you're very busy--alerting you to them when they come up.
  3. To focus chi energy into your actions, activating the specific chakras that are most appropriate to your goals and evolution.
